I understand that Surge’s possibly only use with his current effect is to circumvent Minefield Gym, but I don’t think it’s possible to buff Minefield Gym, 30 damage would OHKO Magikarp, Babies, etc on impact and also makes Dark Golbat/Crobat way too oppressive (similarly oppressive with the coin flip removed)
